The unit has a very good quality WIFI system so you can stay connected and enjoy the different systems. If the network does not work well, start by unplugging the system (black rectangular box near the floor on the wall in the mechanical room). Then wait 5 minutes and plug it back in. If the problem persists, contact those in charge.
You have access to different content delivery systems on SMART TVs. Whether it's with Netflix, Apple TV, Prime Video and even SAMSUNG Health for your daily workouts or any other applications available onSAMSUNG SMART TV from the TVs HOME menu. To access them, however, you need to connect your personal accounts. And it is very important not to forget to disconnect them when you leave, because you might receive unwanted bills.
You have access to different music streaming systems on SONOS devices that you can also control by voice with ALEXA in certain rooms. The default playback system is SPOTIFY, and you don't need to configure your account. You can find other systems in the SONOS application (e.g. Stingray Music, Sonos Radio). It is also possible to stream your devices directly with AIRPLAY technology.
The unit has two multimedia systems with SAMSUNG SMART TVs connected to SONOS systems to allow you to listen to your favorite TV channels (COGECO), movies and series. The cable system on both SMART TVs is provided by COGECO. And it is also possible to stream content from your devices to the screens from your AIRPLAY functions. Note that it is important to point the remotes at the cable units for better control.
