Check-In
You must check in at Château BEAUVALLON (6385 Montée Ryan, Mont-Tremblant) and arrive at the condo (215-4, Chem. des Quatre-Sommets, Mont-Tremblant) after 5:00 pm. You will then receive a lock code and information for your stay. ay. → Check-in procedure.
Parking
Parking rules must be strictly adhered to so as not to harm the neighbors and their own spaces. → See parking rules.
Non-Smoker
The condo is non-smoking with no exceptions. Smoking is permitted outside, but with respect to the neighbors. All cigarette butts must be disposed of in the trash and never placed on furniture or objects that may be burned/damaged.
Moving furniture
It is strictly forbidden to move furniture and electronic devices or to attempt to deprogram or unplug any electronic device. Any damage to floors, walls, decorations, or furnishings will be charged to the client.
Maximum occupancy
The number of occupants must be confirmed at the time of booking and any changes must be approved prior to arrival. The maximum number of occupants at any given time is 10 people, with a maximum of 8 adults.
Check-Out
Check-out time is 11:00 a.m. and safety rules must be followed when leaving the unit. An extension may be requested and may potentially be accepted under certain conditions and fees. Please call the front desk with any requests 1 (800) 909-3171 → Check-Out and Check-In procedure.
No pets
Pets are not allowed in the unit due to allergies, noise, and maintenance issues.
Parties, noise and nuisance
Loud music, loud and disrespectful behavior in the unit and on the project will not be tolerated. Please note that this unit is equipped with a noise detector that must always remain on and that the speakers are limited so as not to exceed an acceptable decibel level. Please also respect the 10:00 PM curfew which is posted on the windows. You may stay outside after this time, but excessive noise on the balcony is very disturbing to the neighbors and we ask that you take this into account for everyone's respect.
Contravention
A fee of $250 plus taxes will be charged if Security must attend to a complaint from the neighborhood or to the non-respect of the rules. Clients will be evicted at the second visit of security. In this case, the security deposit will not be refunded, nor the lost days.
