Storage facilities to know
- The outside storage is locked with a key on a hook at the entrance
- Each room has plenty of storage space
- The drawers under the bed and the bench in the Toboggan room are not to be overlooked
- The spaces provided for pantry are well identified
- The dining room bench on the staircase side has some very useful surprises
- Outdoor chairs are in the outdoor storage area
- Parking spaces must be respected → See info
Key things to know
- Always have the door code with you when you go out
- Condo thermostats automatically adjust day and night (including floor heating)
- The rules must be respected to enjoy the living room without disturbing the neighbors → See rules
- The condo is equipped with a wall mounted touch screen to consult the Xperience Book

CHECKS FOR LEAVING THE UNIT (at any time)
For Safety
- Make sure the fire is out in the wood burning fireplace
- Make sure the electric fireplace in the Beauvalon room is closed
- Make sure the faucets are closed
- Make sure the stove is turned off
- Make sure the BBQ and propane tank are closed
- Make sure the windows are locked
- Make sure the door to the outside storage area is locked and the key is replaced on the entry hook
- Make sure the 2 doors are closed (automatic locking)
CHECK-OUT (no later than 11:00 am)
To avoid coming back sooner than expected
- Don't forget your food in the cupboards and the fridge
- Go through the interior and exterior storage areas to make sure you don't forget anything
- Don't forget your electronic devices chargers
- Disconnect your streaming accounts (e.g. Netflix) if necessary
To end on a high note
- Remember to tip the cleaning crew to underline your satisfaction

To leave without a trace
- Fill and start the dishwasher cycle
- Take out the recycling, compost, and trash (including bathrooms)
- Make sure music and TVs are turned off in all rooms
- Press the "ALL OFF" switch when leaving to turn off all lights
